Breathing heavily,

I land in a city, I’ve never lived in,

Never thought I’d live in,

Maybe it is serendipity,

As I was Strolling by the busy streets

Feeling the chill breezes,

Busy roads with people lost in writing their own stories in their heads,

Not worrying about what’s around them,

I saw you, Vibing,

Living the fairy tale of your life at that moment,

I saw you while you happily slide the lipstick over the bottom lip from a distance,

Then on the top lip,

At this moment my heart felt like the whole city became a lot prettier,

A lot lively with a new hope covering the coastline of the city,

At this moment it felt like I arrived at a place I always dreamt of,

I saw you Vibing to the tunes at the cafe,

Sipping melodies, Slipping laughs through those curly-coloured strangles of hair vibing with the melodies,
Then I thought to myself, What did I miss all these days?

I’ve never felt like this,

I wanted to run to you and tell you,

You look beautiful, You make this city prettier,

But the moment, I walked closer to you,

I couldn’t,

I felt your breath against my neck,

All of sudden, the city feels calmer,

Nights feel brighter,

My heart feels alive,

I kind of wish that this moment stays forever, I don’t have to go in search of a new place forever,

I sat behind you, while you are busy sipping the freshly brewed coffee,

Starring at your beautiful eyes spreading happiness,

At that moment, my heart started whispering loudly,

With all these whispers, knocking, thumping, and punching, my heart feels heavy,
